Market Think Days: the importance of the "Customer Experience" in the sales process

The September edition of the Market Think Days made protagonist the emotional involvement of the customer as a key step during the purchasing phases. The workshop dedicated to the world of Marketing Automation, held by Rosella Scalone (SPX Lab Marketing Strategist Specialist), focused its attention on effects and approaches to customer interaction between customer and products. It involves the consumer causing him to create a deeper bond and better define the solution to his needs. 

Market Think Days: marketing strategies for tourism

SPX Lab hosted the eleventh edition of Marketing Think Days. The format devised by SPX Lab and held by Rosella Scalone, SPX Lab Marketing Strategist Specialist, designed to reflect on perspectives, dynamics and opportunities from the marketing world. In the presence of some representatives from different sectors (trade, event organization, tourism) the focus of this edition is the relationship between the use of technologies and the design of efficient marketing strategies, for a dynamic data analysis and to improve the experience of the tourist.

Me Connects at Expandere Liguria

SPX Lab participated with the project Me Connects in Expandere Liguria. Held last June 13 at the evocative location of the Bay of Silence in Sestri Levante, the event was an opportunity to discuss innovation, industry 4.0 and digital transformation. During the event, the immediate release of the shot was a support to the registrations of the participants, creating a personalized badge with the event data.

Concept and developement of a marketing experience: Market Think Days

SPX Lab hosted the new edition of Market Think Days. The event now in its eighth edition has focused the spotlight on the design of a marketing experience in the store; held by Rosella Scalone, Marketing Strategy Specialist at SPX Lab, the event involved marketing and social media professionals with experts in the fashion, tourism and luxury sectors. In a changing market opening up to new territories, it is necessary to be able to generate and move a new market segment: Smart retail. Therefore, we aim to perfect the offer, presenting an increasingly targeted response to customer needs.

ME Connects, star at the Genoa Half Marathon

UBI Banca, thanks to the collaboration with Smart Sport Srl, has chosen ME Connects for its promotion in the context of the sports event Half Marathon of Genoa (12-14 April 2019). ME Connects, SPX Lab's selfie-marketing machine, entertained the public and participants with the event selfies, combining engagement and new marketing strategies all in one click.

Marketing automation experience: a new way of conceiving your business strategy

On April 15th the new edition of Market Think Days took place in the creative laboratory of SPX Lab. The event, now in its sixth edition, saw the participation of various professionals and entrepreneurs. Held by Rosella Scalone, marketing strategy advisory of SPX Lab, the workshop includes a marketing experience on: company product know-how, marketing strategies related to the knowledge of the target audience and implementation strategies for lead generation. The new edition of the marketing experience workshop has already been set for May 6th.

Connections for new models and ways of doing business

On 10 April, Spx Lab presented the project ME Connects at the Pacific Fort Hotel in Turin. With the presence of a large number of A.D.A members, the event marks the beginning of the collaboration between Spx lab and the local association of hotel managers (A.D.A. Piemonte-Valle D’Aosta). The meeting highlighted the importance of the role of Me connects in the field of marketing automation, as an important tool for creating loyalty and developing new strategies for tourism and cultural activities.

Ta.Bi at the fair with Inkout Advertising Agency

During the exhibition at the EIMA 2018, international fair which took place on the 7th, 8th and 9th of November, Ta.bi, one of our flagship products, was the distinguishing element for the presentation of tools concerning precision agricultural mechanics. Developed in collaboration with the Inkout agency, which has amplified the novelty of the products presented by one of the leading exhibitors, leaders in sustainable agricultural production, representing complex technical data with three-dimensional images, videos, animations and evocative sounds. The fully interactive graphics, directly controlled by the interaction with nine physical products, created an engaging atmosphere that put the entire stand at the center of the attention of visitors.

ME The Selfie Machine at Sanremo Wedding, the format to present the wedding-themed trends

ME the Selfie Machine was installed in the romantic setting of Villa Ormond for the event Sanremo Wedding, a presentation of trends for ceremonies, with a fashion shows from great designers, gala dinner, cutting of the cake and other presentations of tools and ways to animate and make unforgettable wedding and receptions. ME presented itself as a mean of entertainment, making smiling and immortalizing the memories of those present at the event, including Vice-Miss Russia, who shoot her selfie using ME's new function, that includes a series of stickers to add to your photo. Personalization, involvement and new functions, ME set itself as the perfect tool for all ceremonies and events.

MARKETHINK DAYS REBOOT

The format made in SPX Lab, MARKET THINK DAYS, was repeated during the month of November, on Monday 12th. The meeting included a showcase of our products, through a path designed to coordinate perfectly with the workshop on data flow, conversions, online and offline marketing held by our Marketing Strategy Advisor. Discussions, presentations and networking, to restore value to the physical place through digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
