DISTRETTO20 wants to respond to the need to maintain physical contact between merchants and customers even remotely by adopting the principle of” live-commerce “, wich turns out to be more practical than e-commerce. DISTRETTO20 makes products and services available online for neighborhood shops while allowing customers to support local businesses even remotely without giving up the advice of their trusted retailer.
The customer has a simple tool at his disposal to explore products and news from stores in his area, to receive personalized assistance in videocall and to be supported in the purchase as live.
The merchant, even during closures, must not renounce to have visibility and to communicate with his customers: via video call he’s able to inform and advise them.
