From the “INTER-CH” research project, developed by SPX Lab, by the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Information Technologies of the National Research Council and by the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, the customization of Ta.Bior Michelangelo Pistoletto is born. Pistoletto is an illustrious Italian artist, painter and sculptor, animator and protagonist of the current of poor art.
Ta.Bi, the immersive touch table by SPX Lab, was included in the context of the permanent exhibition of the Pistoletto Foundation with the aim of promoting the use of works and contexts of art and culture through innovative technology and applications.
Ta.Bi’s ability to recognize touch and objects makes it a tool halfway between edutainment, infotainment and smart retail, able to excite and involve all the senses, from touch, sight, hearing.
It was thus chosen by the artist to illustrate his work “The Third Paradise” through multiple points of view: the genesis of the symbol, mathematical representation of the symbol, videos, insights and image galleries.
We are proud and honored to have worked alongside this great teacher of our contemporary art and we look forward to continuing this precious collaboration in the future.
