During the live WOMAN ONLIVE the president FERPI Rossella Sobrero reported in preview that the #NONPOSSOPARLARE project, chatbot to support women victims of domestic abuse, was mentioned in her book “Sustainability and unconventional communication”, currently in print and available from August in bookstores. President Ferpi brought the project as an example of an instrument and social innovation, to provide an overview of how to make social communication through pragmatic examples of projects and initiatives.
